Having earned two degrees from the University of Toronto and concurrently earning diploma at Sheridan School of Art and Design in studio studies, Ewen taught in the Toronto area for many years. Ewen’s work morphed from life drawing/painting and then to abstract work, with the organic forms of nature still being present.
