From the quarantine Figure series. During the pandemic, people had time to contemplate themselves apart from the crowd. It was probably helpful for some people but also encouraged a kind of unhealthy self-obsession in some cases. Getting a phone call was special during the pandemic. It was a summons from the outside world a reminder of the small social joys that were unavailable.
